- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have had a terrible time with this office over refills. I would leave messages for his staff and they have consistently ignored my messages or called them into the wrong pharmacy. Even faxes go unheeded. This has repeatedly resulted in my running out of multiple medications and when I told Dr. O'Brien about the problems he told me that it simple wasn't true. After I finally went to get my records so I could find a new doctor his "Practice Manager" told me that she was too busy too give me my records. I ended up calling corporate and they told her to give me the records. Frankly I should have found another doctor a year ago.March 11, 2017by Bob Fayne
